My husband had wonderful support from St peters, from his attendance at the day support groups to being able to have the hospice @home care for the last few days of his life, which meant everything to us.
Everyone was so kind and caring the time I was caring for mum, and afterwards with the bereavement support.
Keep doing what you are doing a fantastic service which I can't praise enough to people.
All the hospice nurses, day and night care was exceptional, supporting my late mother in all her care needs both physical and emotional.
The support to me and my family was 24/7 which helped us get through a very difficult time.
All this could not have been possible but for the speedy referral and administration by care co-ordinator.
The welcome at the hospice is always good, and it isn't as sad and negative as I always assumed a hospice would be.
I received counselling and although I feel it did little for me personally I appreciated that the service was there free of charge for families of patients. The hospice was infinately better than a hospital.
I cannot express how highly I regard the kindness and well being I have been shown to me by the staff and all the people I met at the care centre.
There does not seem to be any improvements that could be made for me on any other patients at the hospice.
Thank you all with my [simmest] good wishes.
The quality and time spent with mum is fantastic.
Nothing is too much trouble.
Absolutely marvellous.
Staff encourage me to use the bell.
Was worried before coming in, but needn't have been.
Medication very helpful.
I find your staff to be very kind and helpful. The service that I have been given for my medication has been very useful. I have been given good advice about my mobility.
All the nurses/careres were very friendly always putting mums comfort first - except for one that got called to the house.
They answered any questions and concerns we had which put me at ease.
